Alex Brooks Films
Meet the mind behind Big Take, an action packed short film about two criminals who accidentally hide in the same place allowing them to eavesdrop on their pursuers. Alex is known for his incredible sound design and a master of showing not telling, a talent which is seen very clearly in his 16mm short film Big Take.
If you are looking for an incredible filmmaker who shows the making of his projects as well as the results well look no further. Though he doesn't have many videos, his content is worth a watch.

Bryce Adam Brown
Young filmmaker and actor Bryce Adam Brown, aged only 19, has made many incredible short films, notably I'm Sorry, Cupcake and Party Animal. Though, his latest short film I'm Sorry, Cupcake has not been fully released yet, you can see the trailer here.
He is also in the process of making a feature length film named Lucky Stars! Filming has begun and I must admit the cast is incredible! I am personally looking forward to both I'm Sorry, Cupcake and Lucky Stars.
Personally, I love Bryce as he is a perfect example of how Gen Z humour is perfect for film and how to execute it well. His TikTok is also hilarious, I recommend giving him a follow for updates on upcoming projects as well as upcoming trailers!
Issac Carlton
You may have heard about him from his Filmmaking Challenges, if not I highly recommend him as he is a reminder about how far a little creativity and an idea can go. He challenges himself by making films with limited resources, or specific limitations, and in interesting locations.
He also posts the final results from these challenges, so you can see the final results, and you'll be surprised by how good they are!
However, he doesn't just do these challenges he also has produced many award winning short films, that range in genre and style. If you are interested in watching some of his content click here!
Gawx Art
If you haven't heard of Gawx Art, then where have you been! Gawx Art makes videos about art, not just filmmaking but everything painting, animating, customising and sculpting! His videos are unique and creative, shedding light on various areas of art and its implications.
The video I have linked above is an incredible reflection of the freedom of being a beginner and the joys of being able to learn new things. You will also quickly realise how much he loves the process and the importance of storytelling.
He has also made a few videos on how to edit like him, so if his style of editing interests you I recommend checking out his YouTube channel Gawx Art and Gawx 2! You can also find him on TikTok under the same username.

If you're looking for something that will teach you about filmmaking and deep dive into the craft, then I recommend Tomorrows Filmmakers. This online academy deep dives into all the different areas and topics surrounding filmmaking, from colour to composition you can find everything you need in their YouTube.
